ബെംഗളൂരിലെ അമ്പലവാസി സമുദായത്തിന്റെ കൂട്ടായ്മയായ ബാംഗളൂർ വാരിയർ സമാജം സ്ഥാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടത്  1984 ൽ RBK വാരിയരുടെ അധ്യക്ഷതയിലാണ്. ഇതിൽ ഏകദേശം അറുന്നൂറോളം കുടുമ്പങ്ങളും രണ്ടായിരത്തോളം അംഗങ്ങളും ഇപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ട്. 

 

അംഗങ്ങൾ തമ്മിലുള്ള സൗഹൃദത്തിനും കെട്ടുറപ്പിനും വേണ്ടി അഹോരാത്രം പ്രയത്നിക്കുന്ന സമാജം ഇടക്കിടെ ഒത്തു ചേരലുകളും യോഗങ്ങളും ഒരുക്കാറുണ്ട്. ഇതിൽ ഏറ്റവും പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട,വർണം എന്ന പേരിലുള്ള ഓണാഘോഷത്തിൽ ഒട്ടുമിക്ക അംഗങ്ങളും പങ്കെടുക്കാറുണ്ട്. ഇതു കൂടാതെ കർക്കടക മാസത്തിലെ രാമായണ പാരായണം, വിഷു സന്ധ്യ, ഉപകാരപ്രദവും വിജ്ഞാനപ്രദവുമായ കർമശാലകൾ, വിദ്യാദായകമായ സമ്മേളനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ ബാംഗളൂർ വാരിയർ സമാജം സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു വരുന്നുണ്ട്.

വാസ ലേഔട്ട് ബാംഗളൂർ വാരിയർ സമാജത്തിന്റെ പ്രയത്നത്തിന്റെയും ഉൽസാഹത്തിന്റെയും സഫലീകരണമാണ്. ഇന്നിതുവരെയും ബെംഗളൂരിലല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊരു മെട്രോ നഗരത്തിലും വാരിയർ 

സമാജത്തിന്  ലേഔട്ട് (കോളനി) ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല.

ഈ സമാജം അതിന്റെ അംഗങ്ങളുടെ നേട്ടങ്ങളിൽ ആഹ്ളാദിക്കുകയും   ദുഖങ്ങളിൽ    കൈത്താങ്ങാവുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

Bangalore Warrier Samajam is a samajam (organisation) of  Ambalavasi Warrier community residing in Bangalore. Established in 1984 under the leadership of the founding President RBK Warrier, the community in Bangalore comprises 600 families, and close to 2000 people. 

 

The samajam tries to bring cohesion among the community members through periodic get-togethers of which the annual Onam get-together, Varnam, is the grandest and usually attended by all members. The other events of the samajam include Ramayana Parayanam (reading of Ramayana during the holy (Malayalam) month of Karkidakam), Vishu Sandhya, creative workshops and online educational sessions. This must be the only Warrier Samajam in any metro city with an area after its name - WaSa Layout.

 

The samajam of this close-knit group of warriers (also spelt as varier, varrier, variyar) celebrates the achievement of its members and stands by them during their grief.
